Saturday Family Fun

Now where was I...

 Saturday we went out exploring, I wanted to get some new pictures of my daughter, and go see some Mountains and Waterfalls. Mountains are such an amazing view to me. In Florida everything is flat. There are barely any hills. I never realized how flat it was until we moved up to Georgia, where there are hills, and uneven ground everywhere you turn. As for waterfalls, who doesn't love the beauty and sound of a waterfall. There is something so peaceful and relaxing about them. It's amazing that we live within 30 minutes of these beautiful sites.

I loved getting outdoors, and spending time with my hubby, and my daughter doing something fun. This is what life is all about. Surround yourself with the people you love, because they are the only people that truly matter.

Hi! Remember Me?

 I have been away for a little while. We had to go out of town, back to Florida...my home land.

 Unfortunatly my husband's grandma passed, so it wasn't a trip for pleasure.

 It was a sad day, but like my Father in Law said, "funerals are for the living, so that we can have closure" He followed that with " My mother is heaven, and her sight is restored, and she is no longer suffering."

So True...

I plan on getting back into the swing of things around here shortly, I really want to add a few more hair tutorials, a recipe or two, and maybe a little crafty somethin somethin.

With a blink of an eye

  I am back from North Carolina.We had a great trip. For the first time in my life I can actually say I'm sick of eating....There was SO MUCH food. All the preparation for Christmas and in one quick snap its over. I came across this picture of Ava opening a gift last year and compared it to this year. Notice its the same wrapping paper, but you would think that wasn't the same kid! I can't believe how big she has gotten. It all happened so fast!

Ava is so blessed to have so many people that love her, and spoil her rotten. She got so many gifts this year..from a play kitchen to a princess tent. and just about 20 new pairs of Pjs!
