Rolled rose bib necklace

This is my first time making a necklace of any kind. So if I can do it you can do it to! I got this idea from little miss momma's pom pom bib necklace tutorial

      I decided to do the rolled rose fabric flower instead, and add a little bling..

    I love that necklace girl! I would have never thought of anything like that. Congrats on thinking outside of the box! I will be checking out the tutorial.
